Job summary

Dawn Recruiting Agency is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI-enabled EdTech solutions. You will own the strategy, discovery, roadmap, and execution across our SaaS platform, partnering with engineering, data, and education teams to deliver impactful product experiences.

You will drive adoption by leveraging AI, analytics, and user research, while ensuring privacy, trust, and practical value for educators, administrators, and students.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/EdTech.
• Experience owning work from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product development and agile delivery.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data/analytics, customer success, sales and implementation teams.
• Ability to translate feedback into clear product decisions and requirements.
• Technical fluency including APIs, data flows, integrations, and AI-enabled features.
• Experience building products for complex enterprise/B2B users.
• Proficiency with agentic AI tools or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for AI-enabled EdTech on our SaaS platform.
• Lead discovery with educators, district leaders, customer success, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, metrics, and release plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to deliver scalable products.
• Identify AI-driven opportunities to reduce friction and improve decision-making.
• Use analytics and feedback to inform prioritization and measure success.
• Define AI-enabled features with emphasis on trust, privacy, and value.
• Support integrations, data workflows, dashboards, and educator-facing tools as needed.
• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, launch plans, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with GTM teams for positioning, pilots, and adoption.
