Job summary

AxisCare is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, shaping, and delivery of features across our home care platform. This remote role sits at the center of the product organization, requiring independent judgment and strong collaboration with engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners.

You will leverage AI-assisted tooling to draft requirements, prototype concepts, and validate ideas quickly, while building roadmaps, GTM plans, and tracking adoption post-launch.

Qualifications

Location: RemotePosition Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryAs a Product Manager at AxisCare, you will own the discovery, shaping, and delivery of features across our home care platform. This role sits at the center of our product organization: you have enough experience to drive initiatives independently, and the judgment to know when to align.

At AxisCare, AI isn’t a tool we experiment , but how we work. Every PM on our team uses AI-assisted tools as a core part of their daily practice: shaping requirements, accelerating research, prototyping, and validating ideas faster than traditional methods allow. We expect PMs to be fluent in these tools and to actively push the boundaries of what’s possible with them.

You will work closely with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes that matter to customers and move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Own defined product areas end-to-end — from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and adoption
• Use AI-assisted tools daily to draft requirements, prototype concepts, explore edge cases, and accelerate the path from customerproblemtovalidated solution

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand prospect needs and translate market signals into product opportunities
• Write clear, well-reasoned product requirements and user stories in partnership with Engineering and UX
• Build andmaintainroadmaps for your product area, communicating priorities and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
• Lead go-to-market preparation for your features — including enablement materials, release documentation, and cross-functional coordination
• Track adoption and performance metrics post-launch and use findings to inform next iterations
