Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Centrix DTS product suite. You will work with multiple teams to deliver high-value offerings for financial institutions of all sizes.

You will define and deliver product strategy with internal and external partners, and strive to deliver experiences that allow our customers to deliver excellent customer service while recovery losses. This role will be taking on a major transformation of our dispute management solution, so the ideal candidate

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in software product management.
• Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high‑performance teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Self‑starter with ability to deliver results independently.
• Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus.
• Understands and is fluent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
