Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record owning a product area and driving measurable outcomes.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real workflows and shipping AI features.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Own complex technical areas end to end: agents, ML, and LLM trade-offs.
• Design data ingestion and bi-directional workflows across systems.
• Build evals system to ensure reliability and accuracy of AI features.
• Drive problem framing to launch and iteration with clear ownership.
• Hold area accountable to retention, activation, and expansion metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on architecture and trade-offs.
• Improve internal processes and tooling to accelerate shipping.
