Job summary

Oradian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful parts of the banking core and shape the AI-powered tools that enable banks to extend the platform. You will define domain boundaries, own the roadmap, and align with commercial goals.

You will also lead the AI agents layer, building customer-specific extensions, testing, and integration points. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, AI-assisted product development, and API-first banking in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Fintech B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tooling; able to analyze, prototype and ship.
• Sufficient technical depth to define extension points and overrides.
• Clear English written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with high autonomy in a scale-up with light processes.
