Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build, and deliver AI-enabled products spanning revenue workflows, banker capacity, and operational efficiency across Corporate and Commercial Banking.

You will partner with frontline users to turn business problems into practical capabilities, own products from discovery through governed release and adoption, and ensure governance, risk, and privacy considerations are embedded from day one.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
6+ years of product management, digital product delivery, AI, analytics, data products or workflow automation.
6+ years of leading complex products with measurable business outcomes.
Advanced understanding of governance, AI delivery, and data-enabled product delivery.
3+ years influencing cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments.
6+ years working with users to define problems and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Own AI-enabled products from discovery through governed release and adoption.
Collaborate with bankers and stakeholders to identify needs and define outcomes and governance.
Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
Lead complex products with coordination across cross-functional partners.
Ensure risk, data privacy and regulatory requirements are built in from the start.
