Job summary

You will partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to support feature execution, governance, and lifecycle efficiency.
The role is based in Belfast, ME or Boston, MA, with at least one in-office day weekly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 1–2 years in product management or product operations.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical workflows preferred.
- Experience with AI tools and automation to boost productivity.
Responsibilities
- Support feature execution and governance across the athenaOne portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Surface risks and insights to inform product decisions.
- Assist with alpha/beta planning and release readiness.
- Prepare customer-facing materials and support AI-enabled features.
