You will define the product vision, roadmap, and drive customer-informed strategy while leading cross-functional execution with autonomy and authority across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, with opportunities to influence stakeholders and mentor a team of product professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering with healthcare tech experience.
• Functional understanding of the clinical research process and operations.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML or advanced analytics into product strategy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for the platform or product line.
• Lead customer-informed strategy and cross-functional execution across teams.
• Develop AI-embedded product strategies and prioritize AI capabilities.
• Maintain and communicate product positioning, personas, and competitive info.
