Medidata seeks a visionary SVP, Product to lead our product management org, driving AI-powered transformations across our clinical trials platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will set the product vision, define strategy, and shape roadmap to accelerate customer value, adoption, and ARR growth.

The ideal candidate has deep product management knowledge, a track record of growing ARR through product innovation, and experience building global high-performing teams with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific, medical, or technical discipline
• Proven success in building, launching, and scaling enterprise SaaS/PaaS platforms for highly regulated customers
• Expertise in product management design and delivery in regulated global industries
• Exceptional leadership with experience mentoring a team of product managers, owners, and designers

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Product team focused on customer value and AI-driven speed
• Define the holistic multi-year product strategy and near-term roadmap across clinical trials
• Champion an AI-forward experience delivering high-quality, fast, contextually relevant products
• Foster a strong Product–Strategy–Engineering partnership to accelerate discovery and delivery
• Drive ROI by aligning with Sales, Services, and Customer Success for retention and adoption
• Ensure platform compliance with security, regulatory, and accessibility standards
