Job summary

Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental platform, seeks a senior product leader to define and scale AI-powered experiences for hosts. This 0→1 role shapes strategy, builds the team, and defines new business models around agent-enabled workflows.

You will partner with product leadership to land the first use cases, establish an open marketplace for host-created skills, and guide how product and AI engineering collaborate across Lodgify.

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100.
• Hands-on experience writing evals and building skills powering agents.
• Experience coaching PMs into AI product work.
• Experience building a platform or ecosystem that others build on.

Responsibilities

• Define what we open up to AI agents first, and how it fits the host journey.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers.
• Shape how Product works with AI across Lodgify: prototyping, evals, and collaboration with AI engineering.
