Job summary

Certara seeks a Senior Product Manager to translate user feedback into actionable specs and to guide end-to-end product development. You will work at the intersection of business, UX, and technology, driving enhancements that optimize value for clients and internal teams.

In this role you will analyze data, collaborate with data science and engineering, and advocate for scalable systems while communicating clearly with diverse audiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or technology related field.
• 5+ years in product management or equivalent role.
• Ability to work in a remote position requiring constant spoken and written communication.
• Systems-thinking and ability to anticipate downstream implications of today's decisions.
• Experience with data engineering teams on data pipelines and integration requirements.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate users' experiences and feedback into requirements and user stories.
• Drive development of new features through planning, design, build, and launch.
• Glean critical feedback to refine designs and reduce risks.
• Communicate customer stories and product benefits to stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and adoption (build-measure-learn).
• Define requirements for AI/LLM-enabled authoring; collaborate with data scientists/engineers.
• Promote Certara products in presentations, webinars, and events.
• Create best practices guides and in-app help for onboarding.
• Distribute product knowledge across stakeholder communities.
