Certara accelerates drug development with biosimulation software and services. We seek an Engineering Manager who will lead a software product team, mentoring directors and new hires while delivering high-quality, compliant solutions in an agile setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, oversee end-to-end development, and promote best practices across the organization, helping teams grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative agile software organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance, health, and growth of team members.
• Onboarding of new employees and regular 1:1s to set goals and growth plans.
• Deliver outcomes for all aspects of a software product across the team.
• Establish standards across assigned areas and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate risks across projects and drive mitigation.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance across organizational levels.
