Job summary

Certara USA, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to deliver value through improvements to Certara Data Science applications. You will work at the intersection of UX, SMEs, engineering and marketing to drive adoption.

You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, build roadmaps, and partner with sales and customer success to ensure customer outcomes. Strong analytics and remote communication are valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or technology related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in product management
• Extremely organized system thinker
• Ability to shape an idea to deliver immediate business value beginning with MVP
• Excellence in analytics, independent research, unscripted interviews, and other intel gathering
• Challenge existing ideas and workflows to improve outcomes for users
• Curiosity about our clients and products
• Willingness to learn and adapt to rapid organizational change
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create order
• Strong written and verbal communication in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Engage with SMEs and customers to understand data workflows and pain points.
• Establish trusted customer relationships and translate insights into ideas.
• Guide product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market and scale.
• Build roadmaps aligned with the application's vision and strategy.
• Partner with sales and customer success to ensure positive outcomes.
• Translate strategy into software priorities and understand customer personas.
• Ensure enterprise-grade performance, security, and compliance in the product.
