You will translate user feedback into concrete requirements, drive new features from concept to launch, and balance complex trade-offs across engineering, UX, and data science. You will analyze data, communicate value to stakeholders, and help evolve AI-enabled authoring tools for clinical researchers.

• Strong ability to plan, design, and launch features.
• Proven data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Translate users' experiences, usability feedback, unmet needs, and satisfaction levels into requirements and user stories.
• Drive development of new features and enhancements through definition, planning, design, build, and launch phases of product development.
• Glean critical feedback from users during the product discovery process to refine designs and reduce risks.
• Clearly communicate customer stories, pain points, and product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making, drive adoption and assess impact of decisions (build-measure-learn).
• Define requirements and evaluation criteria for AI/LLM-enabled authoring capabilities; partner with data scientists and data engineers to measure and optimize output quality, latency, and cost.
