Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and execution for a key product area in the Auth0 Identity Security line, focusing on Agentic Security. You will blend product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and agile delivery to shape long-term direction and reliable execution.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with AI agents, MCP servers, and runtime security. You will tackle threats like prompt injection and rogue agents while ensuring strong IAM/CIAM

Qualifications

• Significant product experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration and MCP servers.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and remediation of agentic threats.
• 5-8 years of Product Management experience.
• Undergraduate and/or Masters in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Security industry experience with IAM/CIAM concepts and related compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise software globally.
• Result-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product strategy and roadmap with data-driven prioritization.
• Drive customer research to identify opportunities and optimize the end-to-end journey.
• Partner with Product Design on prototypes and UI/API usability improvements.
• Maintain daily collaboration with engineering; write user stories and plan sprints.
• Drive data analysis and set baselines for feature launches and iterations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to run campaigns and growth motions.
• Refine product positioning with field and pre-sales; create supporting content.
