Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Content Management team. You will own execution across development groups and shape product direction using customer insight and data-driven decisions.

You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive go-to-market launches, manage risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases. A strong emphasis on AI-driven features and KPI reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with usage data, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features within a product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across development teams, managing backlog, sprint planning, and delivery cadence.
• Gather customer insights from interviews, support data, and analytics to drive decisions.
• Identify and validate customer pain points through discovery and research before building solutions.
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market launches.
