Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a seasoned strategy leader to shape company-wide initiatives and drive growth in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, partnering with senior leaders to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will report to the SVP, Strategic Projects and PMO and will lead a team to deliver complex cross-functional projects, with a focus on financial modeling and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting within high-growth SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record of shaping and executing company-wide strategies and delivering cross-functional initiatives
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR/NRR, Churn)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; built complex Excel models to drive decisions
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication; able to engage with senior leaders and diverse teams
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional efforts to maximize revenue growth, drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Formulate and refine strategic framework for growth over 5 years; conduct deep financial and operational analysis
• Understand customer needs and manage a portfolio of AI powered initiatives to improve the customer experience
• Contribute to development of annual corporate priorities, prepare materials and analysis for board meetings
• Conduct market research to determine impact of AI and macro dynamics
• Build and manage a portfolio of cross-functional strategic projects and prioritize initiatives
• Establish scalable dashboards and reporting for key metrics
• Build and lead a strategy and business operations team and mentor talent
