Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or equivalent in accounting/finance domains.
• Experience translating accounting workflows into software requirements.
• Background with AI-native or workflow-automation products in regulated trusts.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Translate accounting processes into detailed product requirements for engineering.
• Lead research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses.
• Inspire cross-functional teams with clear storytelling and direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI science, design, and partner firms.
