Job summary

ApartmentIQ is hiring a Head of Product, AI Business Intelligence to lead an AI-native BI platform for multifamily. You’ll move from customer conversations to shipped product faster than most companies write a spec, working directly with customers and building with product leadership, design, and engineering.

We want someone who thinks like a product leader and can also prototype and iterate rapidly. If you’ve been called “the person who just gets things built,” this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in product management at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Shipped 0-to-1 products that customers actually use.
• Experience with BI/analytics or data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Business Intelligence product line end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Decide model placement in the experience to keep AI-native UX.
• Ship fast: write specs, design workflows, prototypes, and iterate with design/engineering.
• Design evaluation frameworks and test suites to improve performance.
• Define guardrails for safe, explainable, trustworthy output.
• Shape the data foundation and normalization for analytics.
• Establish weekly customer feedback loops with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and product teams.
