ApartmentIQ, a growth-stage, remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision and drive discovery through delivery. You will engage deeply with multifamily operators, uncover real needs, validate ideas, and guide cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.

You will own market insights, define roadmaps, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering measurable business impact while maintaining high quality and user-centric design.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven product decisions.
• Analytical approach to identifying and prioritizing problems and opportunities.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment with strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Passion for innovation and building products that solve real customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights.
• Partner with engineering and design to rapidly develop best-in-class products.
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure success.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resources.
• Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs and diagnose pain points.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.
