You will work in a fully remote capacity across the United States, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and partners. A strong emphasis on AI, speed, and practical product thinking drives our roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream within a swim lane and drive initiatives tied to the 2026 bets.
• Define problems clearly to earn cross-functional buy-in and guide execution.
• Own and move specific business metrics (conversion, retention, supply) with measurable impact.
• Lead a dedicated engineering/design pod from problem to shipped outcome, including scope decisions.
