Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to own the program management of product development activities—from ideation through go-to-market—for its assigned portfolio within the CTO organization. This is a build role that improves processes for a spec-driven, AI-first product development environment.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Enablement, and Marketing, with a hybrid schedule that requires three days per week in the office at Durham, NC or Bellevue,

Qualifications

BA or equivalent experience is required.
3+ years in program or project management, with process-building experience.
Ability to drive cross-functional decisions and hold stakeholders to timelines.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end launch process for a product portfolio, from ideation to delivery.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across stakeholders and stages.
Set timelines, hold teams accountable, and communicate readiness to leadership.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing to drive decisions.
Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing.
Represent product priorities in the absence of Product Managers.
