Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Durham, NC for a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will own day-to-day product work, partnering with engineering and UX to deliver core services and AI-driven workflows at enterprise scale.

You will translate customer signals into prioritized specs and drive execution from ideation through launch and enablement. You will guide cross-functional teams, sharpen requirements, and measure success with OKRs, adapting plans as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience with shipped products.
• Strong cross-functional instincts across engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Bias to action and outcome orientation; drive results with incomplete information.
• High learning velocity; adapt quickly to new domains and business needs.
• Hands-on technical experience with AI tools and a passion for AI-enabled product management.
• Comfort engaging with customers including senior technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of product capabilities from ideation to launch in partnership with engineering and UX teams.
• Shape core platform workflows and experiences for enterprise-scale use.
• Translate customer needs and support signals into prioritized requirements and specs; drive AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with internal domain experts to ground product decisions in real-world use cases.
• Conduct discovery with customers and present product vision, updates and progress.
