TikTok Local Services is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead AI-powered content products for local discovery. You will own overseas POI data production and collaborate across engineering, data science, and regional teams to transform user-generated content into trusted local insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in product management for consumer internet or technology products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong business acumen with user empathy and ability to translate complex problems into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and iteration of AI-powered content products for TikTok Local Services.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of overseas POI data production including collection, processing, and quality evaluation.
• Leverage large language models to transform user-generated content into actionable signals.
• Build AI-powered review and summary capabilities for concise POI information.
• Translate evolving business requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and monitor product success metrics to improve content quality and personalization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and regional teams to optimize local discovery experiences.
