Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking an experienced Product Manager to expand our team delivering reliable, scalable products for the U.S. market. You will drive strategy across multiple business areas, architect product systems, and partner with ML teams to measure model performance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, define roadmaps and OKRs, ensure regulatory compliance, and balance priorities in a dynamic environment. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in CS, IS, Economics, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Product Management for consumer-facing social media, user-generated content, mobile or SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for the US in multiple business areas.
• Architect and implement product systems, including user-facing products, operational tooling and machine learning.
• Partner with ML teams; understand model development and measurement.
• Lead ideation, prioritization and execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives around user research, KPI design, A/B testing and go-to-market.
• Define long-term product roadmap and OKRs; collaborate on product, technical and privacy decisions.
• Ensure compliance, legal and security requirements in all strategies.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Work with global teams across regions, time zones, languages; travel domestically and internationally.
