SS&C Technologies, a leader in enterprise software for financial services, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Blue Prism product line. This remote role (USA, Eastern Time) focuses on shaping the strategy and roadmap for enterprise automation in a fast-changing AI-driven market.

You will partner with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, and sales to deliver products that drive measurable revenue while expanding the automation footprint across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of taking products from zero to one with revenue impact.
• Comfort in ambiguity in fast-moving markets; fluency using AI to prototype and communicate ideas.
• Passion for automation and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area through discovery, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with a large product management team to align with the overall portfolio strategy.
• Maintain a clear, well-organised roadmap understood by stakeholders across the business.
• Make tough trade-offs and communicate the reasoning clearly.
• Ensure each release ties to measurable customer or revenue outcomes.
• Develop deep customer and market understanding by talking to users and observing automations in production.
• Define and track key metrics like adoption, revenue, retention, and customer impact.
