Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in the United States is seeking a Product Manager – AI / Intelligent Automation to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of AI-powered product capabilities and intelligent workflows.

This remote, Direct Hire / Full-Time role requires hands-on AI product experience, comfort working with engineering, AI/ML, UX, Sales, and Customer Success, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product features and clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience personally building AI agents or intelligent automations.
• Experience taking AI-enabled capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of applying AI to real customer problems.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong executive presence and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into a customer-centric product vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered experiences and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Success teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Define product success metrics and iterate based on adoption and feedback.
