Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end development for its APA platform. You will shape the roadmap for computer-use capabilities and agent harnesses, translating AI advances into enterprise-ready products.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, UX, and sales to deliver high-quality, commercially valuable solutions. You will drive strategy and execution in a hands-on role, blending technical curiosity with practical product delivery, and report to the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field; Master’s a plus.
4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with a focus on AI.
At least 1 year hands-on PM for Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLMs.
Experience taking a technical product from concept to launch (0-to-1).
Background in enterprise software, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
Strong product sense; comfortable in strategy and execution details.
Hands-on prototyping with emerging AI and agent-based technologies.
Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Defining and executing the roadmap for computer-use capabilities and agent harnesses.
Working with customers, partners, and prospects to uncover pain points and validate hypotheses.
Partnering with engineering, UX, and applied AI teams to ship high-quality products.
Creating clear product specs, PRDs, and narratives for stakeholders.
Using data and evaluation frameworks to define success and drive improvement.
Staying at the forefront of agentic and Generative AI trends and applying insights.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and solutions for go-to-market execution.
