Job summary

talentpluto is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will split time between managing enterprise accounts, onboarding clients, and driving customization projects, while also shaping the product roadmap and prototyping new agents for scale.

The role reports to the founder, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth beyond the initial scope.

Qualifications

• At least one full year of relevant experience
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Background in junior banking, junior consulting, or startup strategy and operations
• Sharp, analytical, and genuinely interested in the AI search space
• AI-enabled and comfortable working with modern tooling
• Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week at a high intensity
• Bonus: prestigious or elite professional background

Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
• Run the customization process and drive measurable results for clients
• Build the product roadmap based on client needs
• Ideate and prototype new products and agents to accelerate scaling
• Spin up production prototypes to pass to the engineering team
• Bridge the client and product sides of the business
