Job summary

SPINS is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to join the Commercial Applications Team. You will set product strategy and align stakeholders for SPINS Intelligence and Portal, while also rolling up your sleeves to write stories, triage issues, and review sprint output.

This player-coach role requires deep CPG knowledge and a knack for hands-on execution. You will partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Finance to ship high-quality products, drive GTM for major launches,

Qualifications

6-12+ years in CPG/product management
3+ years leading PMs or cross-functional teams
Experience building SaaS analytics platforms or BI
Strong CPG industry knowledge
Hands-on with writing stories and triaging bugs
Experience shipping AI/ML capabilities (NLP, automation)
Technical acumen with data pipelines, APIs, Snowflake/GCP
Excellent communication from executives to backlog

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and roadmap for SPINS Intelligence and Portal
Lead AI and automation initiatives for client value
Be hands-on: write stories, define acceptance criteria, triage client issues
Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, Finance
Mentor and develop PMs; establish operating rhythms and standards
Engage clients to translate field insights into product direction
Own KPIs, revenue contribution, adoption data, and business cases
