In this role you will own the data portfolio, define roadmaps, write vision and release notes, and partner with executives to drive adoption of data products across functions.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in product management focusing on data, analytics, or platform products.
• Experience with a modern data stack and ability to discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
• Ability to plan and deliver for a technical team and report on product metrics.
• Strong written communication for executives.
• Working fluency with AI tooling in daily practice.
• Track record of taking data products from vision to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition for the data portfolio including reporting, analytics, privacy-by-design, segmentation, predictive models, and underlying platform capabilities.
• Maintain a rolling roadmap for the next two to three quarters, defensible to executives.
• Write product vision documents, acceptance criteria, and release notes for engineers and stakeholders.
• Define success metrics, instrument usage, adoption by department, time to insight, and model performance.
• Identify underperforming products and retire or pivot as needed.
• Lead monthly planning, standups, and Kanban flow to keep a small senior team moving.
• Keep BAU visible and bounded to protect delivery capacity.
• Translate data needs from every function touching fan, revenue, or venue data into clear product requirements.
• Serve as the connection between the data team and PS&E.
• Write exec-ready status updates, launch communications, and portfolio documentation.
