Job summary

Syndesus, Inc. is seeking a Staff PM to own the strategy, quality, and business impact of AI agents at scale.

You will design how agents reason and execute across complex workflows, then build the infrastructure that makes them reliable, measurable, and continuously improving. You will shape how the organization builds with AI beyond this role, establishing playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and vendor assessment criteria to accelerate adoption and improve unit economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including work on AI/LLM‑powered products (e.g., conversational AI, agents)
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, or conversation design
• Experience working with system architecture and API design
• A track record of building and launching new products or features

Responsibilities

• AI agent strategy: own the roadmap tied to business outcomes and decide make/buy/switch strategies
• Agent quality and pace of iteration: define what good means and own the full agent UX
• Revenue impact: prioritize campaigns and workflows to drive incremental revenue
• How the company builds with AI: create playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and vendor criteria for broader AI rollout
