Job summary

6sense is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Agent Platform to own critical components of our AI Operating System. You will collaborate with engineering and AI teams to design agent orchestration, execution frameworks, and developer enablement, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade experiences.

You’ll lead capabilities from agent runtime to reliability, enabling cross-team workflows, tool registrations, and self-service platform investments that power product teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management.
• Platform, Infrastructure, AI Platform, or Developer Platform experience.
• Experience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Agent Runtime Capabilities: define roadmap for core systems powering agent execution and workflow orchestration.
• Build Agent Development Frameworks: define standards, APIs, and tooling to deploy and scale agentic apps.
• Design Capability Registration Systems: enable self-service registration of tools, actions, workflows, and services within the AI OS.
• Improve Developer Experience: create SDKs, abstractions, and tooling to accelerate adoption.
• Drive Agent Reliability: define observability, evals, debugging, resiliency, and operational excellence."
• Enable Multi-Agent Workflows: develop capabilities for planning, delegation, and coordination across agentic systems.
• Partner Across Product and Engineering: collaborate with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams.
