Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Program or product management experience in aerospace or complex engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead an IPT for full product lifecycle from development to end-of-life management.
• Own pricing strategy and profitability for the product line.
• Oversee funding for continuous improvement initiatives (yield, reliability, cost improvements).
• Accountable for EAC and ensure alignment with financial delegation.
