You will own pricing strategies and oversee investments for continuous improvement, ensuring readiness for future capacity while meeting lifecycle targets. This role demands strong program management and aerospace domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree required; senior experience preferred.
• Advanced degree with related field preferred; long tenure may compensate.

Responsibilities

• Lead an IPT for full product lifecycle: development, production, sustainment, field performance, end-of-life.
• Ensure readiness for future production capacity and lifecycle cost targets.
• Own pricing strategy and profitability outcomes for the product line.
• Oversee funding for continuous improvement initiatives (yield, reliability, cost).
• Accountable for EAC and approval per financial delegation; manage portfolio investments.
