Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Torrance, CA seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategic direction and performance of assigned aerospace product lines.

You will lead a team, shape market strategy, pricing, portfolio management, and profitability while coordinating with sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain across global programs. You will develop pricing frameworks, analyze financial performance, and drive value-based decisions across lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, supply chain, and/or related discipline roles, preferably within aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of leading a team with direct reports.
• ITAR-compliance requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategic direction and overall business performance of assigned aerospace product lines.
• Leads and develops a team of product management professionals.
• Develops and executes product strategies, including portfolio positioning and pricing frameworks.
• Analyzes product line financial performance and recommends actions to improve profitability.
• Partners with engineering, operations, finance, and sales to align strategies with capabilities and customer needs.
• Coordinates with manufacturing sites to align strategies with capacity and long-term production.
• Identifies and evaluates accretive product opportunities through market analysis.
