Job summary

ActBlue is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to lead adoption growth, product discovery, and onboarding across the platform. You will own end-to-end strategy, set roadmap priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fundraising success for campaigns and nonprofits.

You will translate user research and data into actionable requirements, maintain roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to optimize the platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of demonstrable product management experience with a track record in adoption or growth.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, activation, or growth for complex web apps.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive long-term strategy while managing execution details.
• Comfortable moving fast, iterating, and using experiments to validate adoption drivers.
• Skilled at tailoring communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for product adoption across the platform and shape roadmap priorities for onboarding and growth.
• Manage concurrent adoption and onboarding projects with multi-quarter planning; create PRDs, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable product decisions that drive adoption.
• Deliver PRDs, roadmaps, and long-term plans for onboarding and adoption workstreams.
• Lead discussions on priorities, tradeoffs, and dependencies to ship improvements in onboarding and discovery.
• Frame ROI, constraints, and solutions to improve campaign/nonprofit success on the platform.
• Create clear documentation for cross-team initiatives: strategy briefs, requirements, rollout plans.
• Communicate adoption metrics and onboarding insights to engineering, design, data, and leadership teams.
