Oath, a donor-first platform, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution. You will set the roadmap, make trade-offs under uncertainty, and ship with engineering, design, data, and our political team against election deadlines.

You will report to the COO and partner with engineering leadership, shaping how product is practiced, including writing specs and measuring outcomes. Remote US location with NYC preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or related experience, including ownership of a consumer or marketplace product from strategy through launch.
• Experience defining product vision and roadmap for a product area, and influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, system design and delivery planning.
• Experience using data to make product decisions: defining metrics, running experiments and analyzing results (e.g., SQL or analytics tools).
• Track record of shipping products that drove measurable growth, engagement or revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing product strategy and requirements documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and multi-cycle roadmap grounded in donor research, data and the political landscape.
• Lead products from problem definition through launch and iteration, writing PRDs and strategy docs that align engineering, design and data on goals and success metrics.
• Set and track goals for donor acquisition, retention and dollars directed, and explore growth loops such as peer-to-peer and recurring giving.
• Partner with political and research teams to evolve how we score race impact and turn it into donor-facing experiences.
• Work with engineering leadership on technical direction and platform scale, especially ahead of high-volume moments like deadlines and Election Day.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption, including implementing new tooling and integrations while maintaining donor privacy.
• Protect donor trust in every product decision: privacy, objective recommendations and compliance.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leadership, investors and partners, raising the bar for product thinking across the team.
