Job summary

Workday is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own initiatives that grow and expand the Workday Prism analytics platform, supporting the Accounting Center application. You will collaborate with Product Managers across the Workday Financials pillar and the Prism Analytics stack to identify requirements and build capabilities.

In this role you will mentor junior PMs, lead UX discussions, and partner with design, engineering, data science, and other product managers to deliver a rich end-to-end

Qualifications

• 10+ years Product Management experience and/or 12+ years building or testing software (SaaS preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Consistent ownership and results delivery in a fast-paced complex environment.
• Understanding of Financial Management software and processes is a plus.
• Experience with ETL technologies, Connector Management & Data Management & Analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of design thinking and product development process.
• Collaborative ethos and drive to thrive in a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency with experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives to grow and expand the Workday Prism analytics platform supporting Workday’s Accounting Center application.
• Work with Product Managers across the Workday Financials pillar and Prism Analytics stack to identify functional requirements and build capabilities.
• Mentor junior PMs and lead UX discussions to deliver a premier user experience for data engineers and analysts.
