As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for product portfolios. To thrive in this role, you must lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market needs. You will use your broad and deep product planning experience, intellectual curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, artful negotiation skills, and deep passion for the role to translate R1’s product strategy into technology initiatives that drive desired user outcomes. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates.
Here's what you will experience working as a Senior Product Manager:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering business priorities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining a focus on outcomes, and understand how to track, measure, and communicate outcomes.
Work with stakeholders to guide the release of new features and the successful integration and/or migration of current operations onto those products.
Monitor product performance and key metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with engineering leads to ensure a constant pipeline of high-value work for each sprint.
Required Skills:
Healthcare experience, specifically in clinical data, FHIR, and Revenue Cycle.
Hands-on SQL experience; DevOps and Databricks are preferred.
Demonstrated strategic mindset and analytical approach to problem solving.
Good organization skills, including plotting a path towards delivering outcomes that drive value for the business.
Successful track record in managing and launching complex products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of high-level technology paradigms (e.g., data flows, APIs, services).
Passionate about industry advancements and keeping current on the latest product innovations.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, giving and receiving feedback comfortably.
Mastery of Agile fundamentals with experience driving execution within an Agile environment.
Experience mentoring or coaching others.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $140,000.00 - $194,785.02 per year. Pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. The role is eligible for an annual bonus plan with a target of 10%.
