Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong software engineering background to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our developer platform. As a technical product manager, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team and users to shape a product that automates and streamlines the enterprise software development lifecycle. Your expertise will be critical in bridging engineering and business priorities, ensuring that we continue to build a platform that software engineers love and enterprises depend on.

This role requires a deep technical understanding of software engineering practices, developer tooling, CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a software engineer and understands the pain points that developers face daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our PaaS product, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop features that automate and accelerate the software development lifecycle for enterprise-grade applications.
• Engage deeply with users to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Lead discovery efforts, prototype solutions, and validate hypotheses through data-driven decision-making and continuous user feedback.
• Define and monitor key product metrics, continuously optimizing for developer experience, adoption, and efficiency.
• Support go-to-market strategy to ensure successful adoption of platform capabilities.
• Advocate for users while ensuring that engineering-led innovation aligns with broader business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a deep focus on developer platforms, DevOps, or software engineering tools.
• Strong background as a software engineer or architect with experience in cloud computing, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development workflows, automation, and developer productivity challenges.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on highly technical products, ensuring strong collaboration and execution.
• Experience defining and launching successful developer-facing products with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define key product metrics to measure success.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear product narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product discovery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on PaaS products, internal developer platforms, or developer tooling at an enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and cloud-native development practices.
• Prior experience leading open-source developer tools or engaging with open-source communities.
• Exposure to AI-driven development workflows and intelligent automation in software engineering.
