About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical product areas and drive our platform forward. You'll sit at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technical execution, defining what we build and why we build it. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving deep into complex workflows, working directly with customers, and shipping products that create measurable business value. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure we're building solutions that turn manual processes into competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a key product area, from strategy through execution to post-launch optimization
• Conduct deep customer research: user interviews, workflow analysis to understand pain points
• Write detailed PRDs and user stories that translate customer problems into solutions
• Work closely with dispatch system integrations (Command Alkon, Sysdyne, GivenHansco, etc.) to understand technical constraints
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship features
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful rollouts and feedback loops
• Define success metrics, track performance, and use data to inform product decisions
• Contribute to overall product strategy and long-term vision

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in product management, preferably B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of shipping complex products that solve operational workflows
• Strong technical intuition, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical trade-offs
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with customer research and translating insights into product requirements
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions
• High ownership mentality, you thrive in startup environments and don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial software
• Background working with field operations, mobile apps, or dispatch systems
• Familiarity with ERP integrations or complex B2B workflows
• SQL skills and comfort with data analysis
• Previous experience at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
