Job summary

Kiswe is seeking a senior product leader to own the roadmap for business intelligence features and monetization, guiding the lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to deliver impactful features aligned with Kiswe’s goals.

You will establish KPIs, communicate progress to stakeholders, and adapt strategies using the latest tech and AI. Live streaming startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years as product/tech PM in commerce or BI.
• Strong PM and analytical skills delivering on time with data-driven adjustments.
• Ability to leverage AI to experiment quickly and boost efficiency.
• Hands-on contributor with independence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with discovery, competitive analysis, market research, agile delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication in internal and external environments.
• Experience or interest in live streaming/startup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for BI features including purchase flows, retention flows, and product insights.
• Roadmap monetization and payment platforms including billing and subscriptions.
• Manage product lifecycle from market research to launch and iteration.

Job description

• Develop the roadmap for business intelligence features, inclusive of purchase flows, retention flows, and product insights
• Develop the roadmap for monetization and payment platforms, inclusive of billing and subscription management
• Manage the product lifecycle through market research and validation, requirement creation, ideation, product launch, and iteration of solutions that align with Kiswe’s overarching business goals
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to deliver product features
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of existing and new features, and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and +6 years of experience as a product manager or technical product manager, with significant exposure and involvement in commerce or product monetization and business intelligence solutions, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Strong project management and analytical skills, delivering projects on time while processing new data points to support timeline adjustments
• The ability to adapt to ever-evolving market and business needs, leveraging the latest in technology and AI to experiment quickly and maximize efficiency
• Demonstrated history of working as a hands-on contributor, with a high degree of independence, scrappiness and creative solutioning, while collaborating with multiple other internal departments
• Experience with common product discovery and delivery methodologies and processes including continuous discovery, competitive analysis, market research, agile development, and other techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both internal and external environments
• Experience and interest in the live streaming and startup environment is a major plus (including live sports, creator, music, entertainment, etc.)
• Experience in people management is not required but is a plus
• Experience in a startup environment is not required, but is preferred
