Job summary

Kiswe is hiring a Product Manager to lead monetization and business intelligence features, reporting to the VP of Product Management. You will coordinate with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue to deliver scalable, user-friendly product solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for live events and streaming technology. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management.
• Experience in commerce or product monetization and business intelligence solutions is a plus.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in the roadmap for business intelligence features, including purchase flows, retention flows, and product insights.
• Develop and assist in the roadmap for monetization and payment platforms, including billing and subscription management.
• Manage the product lifecycle through market research, requirement creation, ideation, launch and iteration of solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, data, AI, and revenue teams to deliver features.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact and opportunities for optimization.
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders internally and externally.
