Xident is building the future of digital identity verification. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our core verification platform and Xident Identity Network, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and ML teams.

This remote-first role focuses on a two-sided network of consumers and verified users, partnering with customers in diverse industries, and shaping the strategy to make identity checks fast, private, and scalable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Technical background with API, ML, and system architecture discussions.
• Experience with API products or marketplace/network platforms.
• Data-driven with analytics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for verification platform and Xident ID network
• Drive the network effect strategy — more consumers means more verified users means cheaper verification for all
• Gather requirements from B2B customers across gaming, adult content, alcohol, and financial services
• Write detailed specifications and work with Go, TypeScript, and ML engineers on delivery
• Analyze verification completion funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes (GDPR, BIPA, EU AI Act, age verification laws)

Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our core verification platform and Xident Identity Network. You'll define the roadmap, drive the "Verify Once, Access Everywhere" vision, and work with engineering and ML teams to build a two-sided network of consumers and verified users.

Xident is building the future of digital identity verification. Our platform enables businesses to verify users' ages and identities in seconds, while respecting privacy through our unique "Verify Once, Access Everywhere" model.

Founded in 2023, we've already processed over 10M+ verifications processed and serve 500+ businesses. We're a remote-first company with team members across 12 countries.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision and roadmap for our verification platform and Xident ID network

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Technical background with ability to discuss API design, ML trade-offs, and system architecture
• Experience with API products, developer platforms, or marketplace/network products
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics and A/B testing
• Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their product implications
• Experience building products with network effects or two-sided marketplaces

Nice to Have

• Background in identity verification, fintech, or compliance
• Experience with ML-powered products and understanding of ML trade-offs (precision vs. recall)
• Previous startup experience scaling from 0 to 1
