Xident is building the future of digital identity verification. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our core verification platform and Xident Identity Network, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and ML teams.

This remote-first role focuses on a two-sided network of consumers and verified users, partnering with customers in diverse industries, and shaping the strategy to make identity checks fast, private, and scalable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Technical background with API, ML, and system architecture discussions.
• Experience with API products or marketplace/network platforms.
• Data-driven with analytics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for verification platform and Xident ID network
• Drive the network effect strategy — more consumers means more verified users means cheaper verification for all
• Gather requirements from B2B customers across gaming, adult content, alcohol, and financial services
• Write detailed specifications and work with Go, TypeScript, and ML engineers on delivery
• Analyze verification completion funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes (GDPR, BIPA, EU AI Act, age verification laws)
