Our products support defense, homeland security, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, and public safety customers.**Role Overview**We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager** to join Sentrycs’ U.S. team and lead product management activities in the U.S. market.The role requires strong product management experience, deep understanding of **complex systems**, and proven ability to work with **hardware/software integrated solutions**. Experience in the **defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure** domains is highly preferred.The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-facing, technically strong, and able to translate customer needs, operational use cases, and market feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.**Key Responsibilities*** Own product management activities for Sentrycs’ U.S. customers and partners.* Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.* Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.* Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.* Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.* Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.* Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.* Understand U.S. market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.#### Requirements* At least **8 years of product management experience**.* Strong background in **complex systems**, solution-level products, and **hardware/software integrated systems**.* Experience in **defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure** is highly preferred.* Experience with Counter-UAS, RF systems, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, drones, autonomous systems, or tactical communications is an advantage.* Strong customer-facing skills, including requirements gathering, demos, workshops, and executive discussions.* Ability to translate technical, operational, and business needs into clear product plans.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.* U.S. citizenship is required.* Current or prior security clearance is an advantage.* Based in or near **Huntsville, Alabama**.
