Job summary

Sentrycs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management for the U.S. market.

The role requires hands-on experience with hardware/software integrated solutions and a strong background in complex systems for defense, homeland security, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure contexts. You will translate customer needs and operational use cases into clear requirements and roadmaps, collaborate closely with Engineering/R&D, sales, and leadership, and support customer meetings,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong background in complex systems and hardware/software integration.
• Experience in defense, homeland security, or public safety preferred.
• Familiarity with Counter-UAS, RF, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, or drones is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own PM activities for U.S. customers and partners.
• Collect and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
• Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering/R&D, systems engineering, sales, and leadership.
• Support meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and deployments.
• Support go-to-market activities and competitive analysis.
• Ensure the roadmap reflects U.S. market needs in the company plan.
