What You'll Do:

Data Driven Product Decisions: Utilize product and feature analytics, data analysis tools, and modern industry practices to support data collection and evaluation. Focus areas include acquisition cost, conversion rate, adoption, active users, feature usage, user churn, net promoter score, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

Driving Customer/Client Needs: Research and verify customer needs using design thinking and journey mapping. Deliver customer value while meeting profitability targets. Build consistent customer connections, solicit feedback, and improve processes to enhance satisfaction.

Product Roadmap and Development: Develop and present a simple product roadmap using Agile methodologies and MVP creation. Communicate with cross-functional partners, manage backlog priorities, and optimize product rollouts.

Product Vision and Strategy: Formulate problem statements and hypotheses, explore new ideas, and develop long-term visions. Communicate product strategy and vision effectively, guiding team members towards prototypes and understanding "Go-to-Market" strategies.

Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus: Communicate effectively in stakeholder meetings, build professional networks, and articulate recommendations. Listen actively and connect technical perspectives to product development.

Technology Orientation: Understand competitive technology landscapes, enterprise systems, and emerging trends. Represent technology requirements, drive design outcomes, and leverage knowledge of competitor products to prioritize efforts and capabilities.

In-Depth Domain Expertise: Demonstrate awareness of domain-specific methodologies, tools, and processes. Identify gaps for innovation opportunities and compare industry standards to improve products and services.
