Your Role

As the Senior Product Manager, Senders, you’ll:

• Lead the strategic vision for a personalized platform that helps users express gratitude effectively through contextually relevant options.
• Develop and refine our personalization capabilities, ensuring users can efficiently find the right Thnks based on their specific use case or job to be done.
• Strategically evaluate and refine our vendor offerings to ensure we provide the most relevant, high-quality options that align with user needs. Focus on thoughtful curation rather than expansion, identifying both new vendors that fill specific use case gaps and removing underperforming options to maintain a streamlined, effective marketplace.
• Own and optimize the redemption journey, ensuring recipients enjoy a seamless, delightful experience when receiving gestures of appreciation.
• Leverage analytics tools like Posthog to track user behavior, measure utilization metrics, and identify opportunities for experience improvements.
• Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that balances business objectives with user needs and technical considerations.
• Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and execute your product vision with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Product Leader: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or marketplace environments.
• Personalization Expertise: Experience with personalization strategies and technologies (Algolia experience preferred)
• Data-Informed Decision Maker: Hands-on experience using product analytics tools like Posthog.
• Strategic and Tactical: Able to set a compelling vision and deliver on it through clear execution.
• Empathetic & Insightful: Deep understanding of user needs and a desire to make experiences intuitive and impactful.
• Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable working across teams to build alignment and drive results.
